Serves as the Medical Care Transportation Technician in the Specialty Care Department at the Togus Maine VA Medical Center. THIS OPEN & CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT (OCA) ESTABLISHES A STANDING REGISTER OF ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS, which closes on 08/1/2023. The initial cut-off date for referral of eligible applications will be 02/1/2023 with subsequent reviews every other week as additional vacancies occur, or on an as-needed basis, until positions are filled. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Required Licenses and Certifications: Paramedics shall possess and maintain current Basic Life Support Provider certification. Paramedics shall maintain certification as a National Registered Emergency Medical Technician (Paramedic).
