Position Summary

**Required to work every third weekend along with 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays every 6 week schedule period**

This position works under the direction and is supervised by a Clinical Nurse to perform a variety of direct patient care services to assist in the implementation of selected portions of the care plan in accordance with the regulations established by the Arizona Emergency Medical Services laws.

Education

• Completion of a course of study leading to a high school diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Experience

• Patient care experience. (Preferred)

Certifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to be converted to LNA within 120 days of hire, current EMT/Paramedic certification OR successfully completed clinical nursing skills portion of an accredited nursing program (RN within 2 years of date of hire). (Required)
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or obtained within 60 days of start date. (Required)
