Job Summary:

JOB SUMMARY
Performs routine and stat clinical pathology testing appropriate to the laboratory discipline and reports results in a timely manner with occasional guidance. Responsible for the accurate performance of laboratory tests and other duties in a manner that complies with all approved protocols. Utilizes basic problem-solving skills to assure accurate and reliable clinical outcomes.

Demonstrates quality management practices on the job which result in superior products and services delivered.* Equipment Maintenance (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate the ability to maintain equipment, products, or systems in practical applications of moderate difficulty. Assures that parts inventory is sufficient.* Diagnostic Testing (Novice): Demonstrates proficiency of diagnostic testing in practical applications. Possesses sufficient knowledge, training, and experience to be capable of successfully delivering results.
