Responsibilities: Initiates, monitors patient throughout treatment and terminates hemodialysis treatments. Ensures patient safety through recognition and appropriate response to emergency situations. Notifies RN immediately. Performs and documents ongoing care of the Dialysis patient. Participates in established patient care plans and ongoing educational needs.
