CT Tech Radiology/Part-time
DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: Performs computed tomographic procedures including Biopsies as requested by physicians. Works closely with the Radiologist. Has the ability to manipulate exams to meet the needs of the patient and the doctor. Always practices ALARA. Always makes sure to check positive identification before performing all exams; provides care for patients while obtaining diagnostic quality images for interpretation by a Radiologist based on their protocols. Has advanced knowledge of contrast media, how it affects patients and what action to take in the event of a reaction.
